Welcome to Georgia Baransky C.P.A., P.C. This is a full service certified public accounting firm. I have been providing accounting, tax, and business consulting services to business clients and non-profit organizations for over eighteen years. I have extensive experience resolving Internal Revenue Service audits and New York State audits, both income and sales tax. I believe that timeliness, accuracy, and being responsive are the most valuable services that I can provide to my clients.

My goal is to help my clients make sound decisions about their financial future. To achieve this I become an extended arm of my clients’ businesses helping them obtain the growth and prosperity they desire.

So, I would like to share these key phrases which I have come to listen for when meeting potential clients for your use in evaluating your own circumstances. 	My accountant doesn’t return my calls.
	My tax return is always on extension.
	I often receive penalties from the IRS.
	My accountant doesn’t answer my questions to my satisfaction.

Georgia Baransky, C.P.A.

Ms. Baransky graduated cum laude from Dowling College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Ms. Baransky spent eight years working in public accounting firms before starting her own practice in 1995. She has extensive experience in manufacturing, negotiating with government tax agencies, nonprofit organizations, and professional and telecommunication services.

Ms. Baransky currently serves as Treasurer and is a member of the board of Directors of the Three Village Club HOA and serves as a business consultant to the Paul and Christine Martin Foundation. During her career she has served on committees for the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and various nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Baransky is a member of the NYSSCPA, SCWBEC, ABA, NAWBO.
