New
for the 2007 Tax Season Filing
Deadline for 2007 Calendar Year Exempt Organizations Returns on Extension is
August 15, 2008. This deadline is for the calendar year non-profit
organization information returns that are on first extension from Form 8868.
The additional extension is for an additional three month extension until
November 15, 2008. September
15, 2008 is the final date for Corporations and S-Corporations which are on
extension for the 2007 tax year to file their corporation tax returns. October
15, 2008 is the final date for Partnership and Limited Liability Companies
which are on extension for the 2007 tax year to file their partnership
returns. October
15, 2008 is the final date for Individuals who are on extension for the 2007
tax year to file their personal tax returns.
